By accessing or using The1Job4U ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate, complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent job listings or profile information
• Harass, abuse, or threaten other users
• Use automated tools to scrape or collect data from the platform
• Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law
• Post spam, advertisements, or promotional content outside designated areas
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service

4. Job Postings

Employers are responsible for the accuracy and legality of their job postings. All listings must comply with applicable employment laws including anti-discrimination regulations. We reserve the right to remove any listing that violates these terms.

5. Subscriptions & Payments

Paid subscriptions are billed according to the plan selected. Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase if you have not used premium features. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.

6. Messaging

Our messaging system is designed for professional communication related to job opportunities. Each conversation thread is limited to 10 messages. Misuse of the messaging system may result in account suspension.

7. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of content you post. By posting content, you grant us a non-exclusive license to display and distribute it within the platform. We do not claim ownership of your resumes, profiles, or job listings.

8. Limitation of Liability

The1Job4U is a platform connecting job seekers and employers. We do not guarantee employment outcomes. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of our Service, including but not limited to hiring decisions, lost opportunities, or interactions between users.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Significant changes will be communicated via email or site notice.
